General Information

The yard is open Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00

  • Outside these hours, access is via the pedestrian gate, which remains open until dusk.

  • Gate opening hours:

    • Monday to Friday – All gates open at 08:00.

    • Weekends & Bank Holidays – No set opening times. Customers may request an access code for the car park and pedestrian gate if needed.

Access to the harbour and the depth of water must be treated as a general guide. The tide's height, the wind's direction, and air pressure all affect tidal height. Mother Nature is not constant in her actions!

Working on your boat

We're a DIY-friendly yard — you're very welcome to work on your boat while it’s with us. We just ask that you take a few minutes to read our guidelines before you get started. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions and the relevant appendices.

Customer Responsibility for Contractors

Unlike many yards, we don't charge for contractors to come on site. However, any contractor you engage to work on your boat is your responsibility — you must ensure they comply with our Terms & Conditions, health & safety requirements, and site rules, and you remain liable for their actions and conduct at all times.

CONTRACTORS: Before starting work, you must complete a Contractor Declaration before you start work. Here’s a link or see one of our team when you arrive.

Rates & Terms

  • We aim to keep our rates as reasonable but they are subject to change without notice.

  • All work undertaken and facilities provided are under our standard Terms & Conditions and associated appendices. These are available here and linked on our invoices.

  • IMPORTANT: A signed agreement is not required to establish a contract. By using our services or paying an invoice, you confirm that you have accepted our Terms & Conditions and associated appendices, and agree to be bound by them.  This applies whether or not you have read them in full.

Privacy & Data Use

  • We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information to:

    • Administer your account.

    • Provide requested information.

    • Inform you about general matters (e.g., safety, security, customer offers, operational updates).

  • We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
