STORAGE ASHORE

Up to 28’ - £1.75 per foot/per week
29’ – 33’ - £1.86 per foot/per week
34’ and over - £2.07 per foot/per week

PONTOON MOORING

Tidal pontoon berths - £1.60 per foot/per week. No extra charge for catamarans.
Tidal access is approximately 1 to 2.5 hours on either side of HW, depending on draft.

SWINGING MOORINGS (1 April to 31 March)

Quay Lane - £606.00 per annum
Bomb Ketch - £606.00 per annum
Peewit Island - £1,155.00 per annum

  • Moorings at Peewit Island and Bomb Ketch are deep water. However, vessels may ground on certain low tides during the year.

  • Quay Lane moorings are semi-tidal.

  • A tender can be stored free of charge on the dinghy pontoon if you have a swing mooring with us.

YARD SERVICES

HAUL OUT, WASH OFF AND BLOCK

Up to 33’ - £9.88 per foot
Over 34’ - £10.00 per foot

LAUNCH

Up to 33’ - £6.50 per foot
Over 34’ - £7.15 per foot

To/from road transport. The charge is for one crane movement - e.g. from road transport to immediate launch. Additional charges apply if blocking off in the yard is needed between movements.

OVERNIGHT ON TRAILER - £226.50

We have limited availability for this service. Service includes trailer haul-out, hull jet wash and refloat on the following morning tide. There is an additional weekend charge for haul-out on Friday to launch on Monday morning. Boats not ready by the following tide must refloat or come ashore (and will incur cranage and storage ashore fees).

MAST UP/DOWN and STORAGE

Mast step or re-step - £148.50 (each way).
No additional charge for storage (outside only).

COLLECTION/DELIVERY IN THE HARBOUR

Based on distance - £55.00 - £132.00 (each way)

CRANE HIRE (charged in 30-minute blocks)

Cranage (requires min 2 members of staff) - £165.00 per hour.
Minimum charge £82.50
then charged in 30-minute blocks thereafter.

LABOUR CHARGE
The number of people assigned to a job is at our discretion.

One person Two people

£45.00 per hour. Mini charge - £27.00 £72.00 per hour. Min charge - £43.20

ANTI-FOULING and BOOT-TOPPING

£11.55 per foot. Boot-topping an extra £1.65 per foot.

Service comprises light keying of the hull, masking, and one coat of anti-foul (dark blue).   Extra coats are charged at 30% extra of the total. £35 discount if you supply the paint.    Call us for a quote for other painting and varnishing services.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Our Business Terms are on our website and on every invoice we send you.

  • We charge on LOA. This includes all fore/aft projections above/below the waterline. LOA is rounded up to the nearest foot.

  • Services must be booked and paid for in advance.
    We can usually book services at short notice. Cancellation fee: We reserve the right to charge a fee for services cancelled within 24 hours of the booking or ‘no shows’.

  • Payment terms:
    a.   We bill in advance for most of our services.
    b.   Invoices are due immediately unless otherwise stated.
    c. We regret we do not provide credit terms.
    d.   Swinging moorings must be paid in full by 15 March.
    e.   We charge a flat rate of £5.50 per day on overdue invoices until the amount
    owing has been paid in full.

  • Deposit: We require one month’s deposit for boats staying with us for more than eight weeks. Your deposit is fully refundable (conditions apply) or can be used against other services when you leave.

  • Water and Electricity:
    a.   Reasonable use of water is provided free of charge.
    b.   We charge for electricity; please ask us for our current rates.
    c.   You must not plug in without our permission. Doing so may incur a daily
    penalty charge.

  • Insurance: Boats must be insured.

  • Recycling and Waste Disposal:
    a. We have bins for general waste and glass recycling and an oil disposal tank.
    b.    Large items and hazardous waste must be taken away – DO NOT leave items
    outside the bin. If left, we will charge you for disposal (minimum charge £120).
    c.    To avoid disposal charges (minimum £120), you must fully clear your area
    ashore when you launch/leave.
